Ripe fruity, with fresh and vivid nuances of cut grass and artichoke to characterize the aromatic profile. On the palate it is harmonious, bitter and spicy in a pleasant balance.

FOOD MATCHING

Ideal with grilled fish, timbales, risottos, aged cheeses, white sauces, fish soups.
