L’olio può essere congelato?
Why do it?
It is not necessary, it is a natural preservative, even of itself!
It can happen, however, that it freezes at low temperatures, as low as 7°C.
That is why it is not recommended to store it in the cellar.
How to ‘defrost’ it? Simply bring the container to ‘room temperature’ (about 18°C) and wait for it to became liquid again.
