YES!
Its excellent resistance to high temperatures, its high antioxidant content and chemical stability make it the most suitable for frying, among vegetable oils.
Curiosity: all seed oils have very low smoke points (peanut 180°, sunflower 130°). Only palm oil can reach 240°. Be careful.
