Territory

Production

The careful management of the lands, the olive’s harvest directly from the tree in the right period, the defoliation, cold working, natural settling, filtration and bottling in the defined geographical area are the base for I.G.P. production. Freshness and typicality of the product, in heady sensorial notes are synthesis of a work that is a trip in Puglia.

Design
A decoration in lace that evokes handmade lace doilies; and refers to the Romanesque rose windows of many churches, but in the original Apulian variant. The ancient art of working yarns and decorating the stone, wisely and creatively. In apulian style!
