Deep green fruity, clear plant notes of fresh grass. Spicy and bitter notes in balance, medium intensity, pleasant harmonic profile.

USE WITH/FOR

Vegetable timbales, roasted mushrooms, fish soups, vegetables, game and even cuttlefish, squid or fish tartare.
