Soft, fluid, accommodating. The bitterness and spiciness are there, but in moderation. Brings everyone together, even the most difficult.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

Delicately fruity aroma with hints of almond; on the palate it is light, smooth and enveloping, with good fluidity, well-balanced bitter and spicy notes that are not too pronounced.

USE WITH/FOR

Pasta with tomato sauce, sage rolls, artichokes, mustard sauce, croaker, salads and even desserts, bruschetta, pinzimonio, fresh cheeses, poultry.
