ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

Delicate vegetable scents with references to the tomato leaf. To the taste it is soft, pleasant with bitter and spicy tips that blend in balance.

USE WITH/FOR

Vegetable appetisers, pinzimonio, roast fish, orange salad, Catalan-style lobster, tartare and meat carpaccio.
