ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

Pleasant aroma with delicate hints of almond and grass. On the palate, it is harmonious and light, with a slight bitter and spicy perception.

USE WITH/FOR

Pasta and broccoli, roasted peppers, swordfish, beef alla pizzaiola, stockfish and anchovies; vegetables, salads, baby food, raw seafood, desserts.
