ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

It releases strong hints of olive leaf and artichoke. Intense, broad flavour characterised by strong spicy notes and persistent bitter nuances.

USE WITH/FOR

Legume soups, steamed vegetables, fish carpaccio, raw shellfish, pasta dishes with clams and scallops; as well as focaccia, red meat, legumes, baked fish and game.
